1. Acceptance and website use

These Terms govern access to and use of the FORTENZVIST website. By using the website, a user agrees to these Terms and the policies incorporated by reference. A person who does not agree should not use the website or submit information.

Users must provide accurate information, use the website lawfully and avoid conduct that interferes with storefront operation, security, other users or the rights of FORTENZVIST or third parties.

Prohibited activity includes unauthorized access, malicious code, scraping that disrupts the website, impersonation, fraudulent requests, misuse of forms, infringement, unlawful content and attempts to bypass product, Cart or security controls.

2. Products, descriptions, availability and pricing

The store sells camping furniture, portable outdoor seating, compact tables, stools, carry bags and related accessories. Product photographs, descriptions, colors, measurements and specifications are provided for general identification and comparison. Display settings and manufacturing variation may affect appearance.

Users are responsible for reviewing the product information shown on the website and all labels, warnings, instructions, load limits and compatibility information supplied with the physical product before use.

Prices may change without notice before an order is accepted. Product availability is not guaranteed merely because an item appears on the website or is placed in the Cart. Obvious pricing, description or availability errors may be corrected.

3. Cart and order requests

The site Cart is an order-request tool and not an online checkout. Submitting the Cart form does not create a completed sale, charge a payment method, guarantee inventory or obligate FORTENZVIST to accept the request.

The store may review contact details, delivery information, quantities, availability, pricing, taxes, shipping charges, delivery limitations and other terms. The store may accept, reject, limit or request changes to an order request.

An order is accepted only when the store communicates acceptance and any required payment or confirmation conditions have been satisfied. Automated form messages confirm receipt only.

4. Payment, shipping, cancellations and returns

The storefront does not collect card credentials. Any payment arrangements are communicated separately after review and are governed by the Payment Policy.

Shipping availability, charges and estimates are governed by the Shipping Policy. A customer must provide a complete and accurate delivery address and promptly report errors.

Cancellations and changes are governed by the Order Request Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by the Return and Refund Policy. Product use is subject to the Product Safety Disclaimer and the instructions supplied with the product.

5. Intellectual property and third-party services

Website text, branding, layout, graphics and original content are owned by or licensed to FORTENZVIST and may not be copied, distributed, republished or commercially exploited without authorization, except as permitted by law.

The website may rely on Shopify and other third-party services. Third-party services, websites and content are governed by their own terms and policies. FORTENZVIST is not responsible for third-party services outside its reasonable control.

6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, no guarantee is made that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or suitable for every purpose.

Product suitability depends on the specific item, user, surface, environment and manner of use. Users must follow instructions, load limits, warnings and applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FORTENZVIST will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, loss of data, loss of profits or business interruption arising from website use. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, a user agrees to be responsible for claims and losses arising from unlawful misuse of the website, violation of these Terms or infringement of third-party rights.

7. Governing law and changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts with lawful jurisdiction in Missouri may hear disputes unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms may be revised when practices or legal requirements change.
