What should I compare before choosing a camping chair?
Compare open dimensions, folded dimensions, product weight, seat height, supported load, carry format, materials and the product-specific safety information.
How do I know whether an accessory fits a chair?
Review compatibility information on both product pages. Do not assume every carry bag or accessory fits every chair.
Are all products suitable for sand or uneven ground?
No general suitability should be assumed. Review the individual product instructions before use on sand, soft soil, slopes or uneven surfaces.
Where can I find product measurements?
Available measurements are shown on the relevant product page. Review both open and folded dimensions.
Cart & order request
The Cart submits a request, not a checkout.
Will the Cart send me to Shopify Checkout?
No. The custom Cart page has no Shopify Checkout button and does not redirect customers to Shopify Checkout.
Will the website collect card information?
No. The storefront does not request card numbers, card security codes or online payment credentials.
What information does the Cart request?
The form requests the customer's name, email, phone, delivery address and an optional note together with the current Cart contents.
Does submission automatically confirm an order?
No. Submission records an order request. It is not payment, shipment confirmation or guaranteed acceptance.
Shipping & returns
Conditions are reviewed before an order is accepted.
When will shipping cost and timing be provided?
Applicable shipping charges, service availability and any estimated timing are communicated during review of the order request or before the order is accepted.
Can an order request be canceled?
A request can be withdrawn before acceptance. After acceptance or shipment, the applicable cancellation and return conditions apply.
What if an item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact the store promptly with the order reference, description and clear photographs. Do not discard packaging until the issue is reviewed.
