Payment Policy

1. No online checkout or card collection

The FORTENZVIST storefront does not provide an online checkout and does not request or store card numbers, CVV codes, online banking passwords or similar payment credentials.

Users must not place payment credentials in Contact, Cart, order-note or other website fields.

2. Order-request review

Submitting the Cart form creates an order request only. The store reviews product availability, quantities, destination, shipping requirements, taxes and other applicable terms.

An order request is not accepted and no payment is due unless the store separately communicates acceptance or payment instructions.

3. Prices, currency, taxes and shipping

Unless otherwise stated, website prices are displayed in U.S. dollars. The Cart merchandise total may exclude shipping, taxes, duties, service fees or other charges.

The store may correct obvious pricing errors before acceptance. The complete amount and applicable charges are communicated before the customer is asked to proceed.

4. Separate payment instructions

If a request is accepted, available payment arrangements and any deadline are communicated separately. The customer should verify that communication comes from an authorized FORTENZVIST contact before sending funds.

Payment methods are not guaranteed and may vary based on order, destination, risk review or operational availability. An order may be held or canceled if an applicable payment condition is not completed.

5. Security and suspicious requests

FORTENZVIST will not request a full card number, CVV, online banking password or one-time authentication code through the website forms.

Do not act on payment instructions that appear altered, inconsistent or suspicious. Contact the store using the details published on the website before sending funds.

6. Refunds, reversals and disputes

Approved refunds are issued through the original transaction method or another lawful method agreed for the transaction. Timing may depend on banks or payment service providers.

Return eligibility is governed by the Return and Refund Policy. Shipping delays and cancellations are governed by the Shipping Policy and Order Request Policy.
