1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how FORTENZVIST collects, uses, stores and discloses personal information when a person visits the website, searches the catalog, submits a general inquiry, uses the site Cart or submits a Cart order request.

The storefront does not use an online checkout and does not request card numbers, card security codes or online banking credentials. Payment information, if required after an order request is reviewed, is handled through separately communicated arrangements and is governed by the Payment Policy.

Depending on how the website is used, the store may collect:

The store does not use information submitted in an order-request form to complete an online checkout. A submitted request may be reviewed and followed by separate communication about availability, delivery, taxes, charges, payment arrangements or other terms.

FORTENZVIST does not sell personal information for money. If advertising or analytics tools that may constitute “sharing” or “targeted advertising” under an applicable law are enabled, the store will provide notices and choices required by that law.
