Order Request Policy

1. Purpose of the Cart

The Cart allows a customer to select products, quantities and variants and submit delivery and contact information for review. It is not an online checkout, invoice, payment page or automatic order-confirmation system.

2. Submission requirements

The customer must review Cart contents and provide complete and accurate contact and delivery information. The customer should include relevant access or delivery notes and must not include card credentials or unnecessary sensitive information.

An automated success message confirms that the website form was received. It does not confirm inventory, shipping, payment or acceptance.

3. Store review

The store may review availability, product limitations, compatibility, quantities, destination, shipping service, taxes, pricing, risk indicators and the completeness of submitted information.

The store may contact the customer for clarification, propose changes, decline unavailable items, limit quantities or reject a request. Website availability and Cart totals may change before acceptance.

4. Acceptance and formation of an order

An order is accepted only when FORTENZVIST sends a clear acceptance or confirmation and any required payment or other conditions are completed. Silence, automated messages and Cart submission do not constitute acceptance.

Before acceptance, the store may correct obvious errors and communicate the complete terms, including products, quantities, prices, shipping, taxes and any applicable payment arrangement.

5. Changes, withdrawal and cancellation

A customer may request changes or withdraw a pending request before acceptance. A request is not changed or canceled until the store confirms the action.

After acceptance, changes depend on processing status, inventory, shipping arrangements and applicable costs. After shipment, the Return and Refund Policy applies.

6. Communications and records

The customer is responsible for monitoring the submitted email address and phone number and for promptly correcting errors. The store may keep records of the request, communications and final disposition for business, legal, security and accounting purposes.

Submitting multiple requests does not reserve inventory or create priority unless the store expressly confirms otherwise.
