1. General responsibility
Camping chairs, tables, stools, carry bags and accessories must be used only for their intended purpose and in accordance with all product instructions, labels, warnings and load limits.
Product photographs and general website descriptions do not replace the instructions supplied with a product. Stop using a product if instructions are missing, unclear or inconsistent with the product received.
2. Setup, folding and locking mechanisms
Fully open and correctly engage all locks, braces, hinges and supports before use. Keep fingers, hands, clothing and children away from pinch points during folding, unfolding and adjustment.
Do not sit on, load or move a chair, stool or table while it is partially folded, unstable, damaged or incorrectly assembled.
3. Load limits and intended use
Never exceed the stated supported load. Do not stand, jump, rock excessively, lean beyond the intended balance point or use seating as a ladder, step, climbing aid or support for lifting.
Tables and accessories must not be used to support a person unless the product instructions expressly permit that use.
4. Surface, fire, weather and environment
Place products on a stable, level surface. Sand, mud, soft soil, slopes, ice, rocks and uneven ground may reduce stability. Check the setup continuously when ground conditions change.
Keep fabric, plastic and coated components away from open flame, hot cookware, heaters, sparks and other heat sources. Do not use products during severe weather, high winds or conditions beyond their intended use.
Dry products before storage and follow cleaning and storage instructions to reduce corrosion, mildew, material degradation and hidden damage.
5. Inspection, maintenance and modification
Inspect frames, fasteners, joints, fabric, seams, feet, locks and accessories before each use. Stop use immediately if there are cracks, bends, loose parts, torn fabric, corrosion, instability or unusual movement.
Do not modify, drill, weld, cut, substitute parts or make repairs that are not authorized by the manufacturer. Use only confirmed compatible parts and accessories.
6. Children, pets and supervision
Children must be appropriately supervised. Folding mechanisms, straps, bags and openings may present pinch, entanglement, suffocation or tipping hazards. Do not allow children to play with packaging or use a product contrary to its age or use instructions.
7. Recalls, warnings and incidents
Stop using a product immediately if it is subject to a safety recall or warning. Follow the official remedy instructions and do not sell, donate or give away a recalled product.
Customers should retain product model, packaging and purchase records where possible. Report injuries, failures or serious safety concerns promptly to FORTENZVIST and, where appropriate, to the manufacturer or the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission.
This Disclaimer does not limit any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited.
